Heyyyy Girl Heyyy!

When I started my women empowerment blog five years ago, I never imagined that photography would become my true passion. But here I am, Kaiya P. Horton, a wife, boy mom, and photographer based in Dallas, Texas, specializing in capturing stunning photos for black women who are creators and entrepreneurs.
Let me share my journey with you. Throughout my career in the creator space, I've worn many hats. From running an online store to serving looks as an influencer, hosting virtual and in-person events, and even planning photoshoots as a creative director, I've done it all. And you know what all these roles had in common? The need for BOMB photos.
Having immersed myself in these various areas, I've developed a keen eye for capturing the perfect shots for every occasion. Moreover, my personal experiences as a content creator have given me a deep understanding of what black women in this industry truly need from a photographer – quick turnaround times, a unique editing style, and a genuine understanding of the content creation world. So, I dedicated myself to mastering the beautiful craft of photography, all while keeping my original purpose at the forefront: empowering women to fearlessly embrace their purpose.
Through visual imagery, I aim to capture women who are making a difference and leaving an impact on the lives of others. When you book a session with me, it's not just a photoshoot – it's a purposeful experience. I'm here to uplift you through faith, before, during, and after the session. I understand that stepping in front of the camera can be intimidating, especially for new creators and entrepreneurs. Perhaps you're ready for a rebrand and want to show up differently for your audience and customers. The pressure to be perfect can often overshadow the fact that you have a unique purpose within you. That's where I come in – to remind you that it's not about perfection, but about embracing your God-given purpose.
These photos are more than just snapshots; they serve as a reminder that you've answered the call to be who you were created to be. It's all about purpose!
As your photographer, I'm committed to capturing your photos with excellence. My motto is "Post with a purpose or don't post at all." I firmly believe that everything we do should be purposeful, including the images we share on social media. Why? Because they reflect you and your brand.
I also believe in the power of community. That's why I created KPH Creators Circle, a purposeful community designed to educate and empower black women content creators. Within this group, we host monthly webinars, content meetups, and provide a network of like-minded women to learn and grow with. Much of what I've learned on my creator journey is because of the connections I've made.
I want you to know that every step of my journey has been designed by God. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11, NIV) So, whether we connect for a photoshoot or through KPH Creators Circle, it's all part of a purposeful connection.
Let's capture your story together and showcase the purpose within you.
With love and purpose,
Kaiya P. Horton
