Is a deposit required?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book events. This deposit will secure your date. The remaining balance is due 5 business days before your scheduled event. Deposits are not required for content and branding photoshoots, but the full amount is necessary to book these photoshoots. Afterpay is also available upon request.
What is your turnaround time?
You will receive a sneak peek within 1-3 business days from the photoshoot date, and the remaining photos within 7-10 business days from the photoshoot.
Do you travel?
Traveling outside of a 1-hour radius will incur a travel fee. This fee will be discussed during the photoshoot consultation, which is scheduled before the photoshoot. If it is a shoot that requires an overnight stay, then lodging and travel will be included in the fee.
What if I have to cancel my photoshoot?
All photoshoots are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. I am not responsible for weather conditions as they are out of my control, but we can reschedule for another date if it is an outdoor shoot.
What if I’m late?
I will only capture images within the allotted timeframe for your photoshoot. If you are late, you will only receive the remaining time for your photoshoot. If you do not show up for the photoshoot, you will not receive a refund and will be required to book and pay for services again. I understand that life happens, but communication is required to reschedule.
Do you have a studio?
I do not own a studio, but I can recommend several studios in DFW that can be used for a photoshoot. You are responsible for booking and paying for the studio.
How many images do I receive?
You can view the image details under each service. Additional edits can be added at $5 per photo. If you would like all of the raw images, you can purchase them for $150.
